Leaving Santa Fe town

I think we're ready to leave Santa Fe and head back north to try to catch Utah canyons before it gets too cold. We've both done our hostel chores for the morning. I even vaccumed the room, which didn't help the carpet or general appearance of the room, but oh well. The hostel is growing on me and the community chores remind me of Southern Dharma. We're missing our annual silent retreat this very month. I hope we find something similar out here soon. Days of silence and sitting are so wonderful.
